Digital Vibration Switches

A Vibration Switch is a simple safety and protection device that senses vibration on running machinery and trips an alarm, or shuts the machine down, once the vibration crosses a preset threshold.

Vibration switches pick up the vibration caused by faults such as worn bearings, cracked gears, imbalance, misalignment, looseness in the mechanism, lack of lubrication and so on. Catching these early avoids the breakdown that follows.

The unique feature of our Vibration Switch is that it senses vibration through a full 360 degree angle, so the mounting direction does not affect its response.

NK Instruments Pvt. Ltd. Digital / Electronic Vibration Switches offer a field-adjustable setpoint with a time delay circuit, so nuisance trips from momentary spikes can be filtered out. Available with or without display, and with relay or 4-20 mA output. Offered in Weatherproof and Flameproof construction; flameproof certification can be provided as required - Gas Group IIA/IIB, IIC, and ATEX. The Microswitch can be selected as SPDT and DPDT
