Electronic Pressure Transmitter

The Electronic Vibration Transmitter monitors machine vibration continuously and transmits the measured value to a remote device, rather than simply tripping at a preset point - giving a running record of how vibration is trending, not just a pass/fail alarm.

The sensor is a piezo-electric accelerometer with no moving parts, integrated electronically to give a velocity output over 0–30 mm/sec pk as standard (extendable on request). It can be built into the unit or mounted remotely, and carries a calibrated dial for setting the trip limit, with an option for two trip points where needed. Output is 4–20 mA, 4-wire.

Available as VT (without display) or VMT (with integral display), in Weatherproof (IP66), Flameproof - Group IIA/IIB or IIC - or ATEX Exd enclosures, with a stainless steel weatherproof option also offered. Runs on 90–230V AC, 415V AC or 24V DC.

Commonly used on cooling towers, centrifuges, large motors and generators, compressors, VSI crushers and naval vessels.
